Background

​

Provide program management support for multiple implementations of investment operation's outsourcing solutions to new clients

​

Our Role

 

  • Lead the implementation program management office:

​

  • Define program governance framework

​

  • Overseeing the day to day management of the program

​

  • Overall planning, design and coordination of the program.

​

  • Providing the executive steering committee with visibility of progress, issues and delays.

​

  • Resolving conflicts/issues/dependencies and facilitating decisions making at an overall program level. 

​

  • Managing relationships with key clients and project personnel to address issues and agree on key decisions on scope and timelines that have a cross workstream or cross region impact.

​

  • Oversight for the programs budget and the allocation of resources and skill sets across the program

​​

Outcome

​

  • Established implementation governance framework. 

​

  • Defined communication plan and setup forums for Project Management Office and Program Working Groups to coordinate with one another across programs.

​

  • Established an implementation working group to work on tactical, technical, and client-facing issues.

 

  • Defined the global operating model and standard service definitions. 

​

  • Established a Global testing organization and methodology that monitored testing activities across all global programs.

​

  • Established education program to train a cadre of program managers and Subject Matter Expertss with implementation experience for future projects.
